Few places the size of Montenegro can claim such incredible
mountains and beaches within a stretch of land that small. In many places along
the country's coast the mountains rise straight up from the Adriatic Sea and
during the early fall (autumn) or late spring months you can go from sunbathing
on a beach in the morning to skiing in the mountains in the afternoon. At nights,
the country's cities, particularly along the coast offer unique architecture
and a memorable atmosphere.
Despite its beauty, Montenegro is not yet an overexposed
tourist hub as nearby Croatia tends to steal most headlines.
